Commit to six weeks of yoga and enjoy the benefits of a weekly practice.
Hatha Yoga is a traditional style of yoga that includes standing, seated, and laying down poses. Included in most classes are side bends, twists, backbends, and forward bends. An active practice is followed by a generous 10-15 minute meditation.
Please bring your mat, a strap, and a water bottle. You are welcome and encouraged to also bring bolsters, blankets, or other items that support you in your practice.

We’ll practice traditional asana using the universal alignment principles as outlined in Anusara Yoga (Iyengar-based tradition). Learn how to open to grace, use loops and spirals, engage organic and muscular energy to release physical tension, build strength, and create lasting openness.
This class is suitable for all levels and is slow paced. Variations will be provided for beginner and advanced students.
Sue has been teaching yoga full time for 15 years and enjoys offering creative sequences that offer physical exploration, spiritual inquiry, and mental rest. Each class finishes with a 10 minute mediation and relaxation period.
