NAAD returns to Bridge & Enrich to bring you a night of auditory magic, transformative vibration and healing sound. Come immerse yourself!

NAAD plays music that calls to all the beating hearts, a sonic invitation into fully embodied prayer. Always fresh, nearly always improvised, their spontaneous explorations tickle the full spectrum of sound – from sweet whisper to soulful shout.

And Introducing Raga Mantra & Swahansa – Creative Consciousness

The evening will open with chanting and call & response by Nadaka, Gopika and Keshava.

Universal Kirtan Sema

“Universal Kirtan” is what the Sufis call Sema, a journey to Divine Presence through sound. As in traditional Kirtan, the medium we use includes chants and songs, as well as sacred poetry, and to make it “Universal” we draw from the many spiritual and faith traditions of the world to honour the One expressed by the Many.

OSHO Sangha

Osho Vancouver is a group of individuals who enjoy gathering together as friends to share meditation. This group explores active and passive meditations devised or recommended by the enlightened mystic Osho.

BE KIDS Fusion Monthly Program

BE Kids Monthly is a two and a half hour program for kids and parents incorporating yoga, dance, meditation, creative arts including story telling as well as nutrition. The inspiration is to create a platform for kids to express their true potential, that they gain tools to move through life fearlessly, with joy and innate intelligence that establishes them in the expansive, space of possibility, freedom, creativity, responsibility, wonder, brilliance, and most of all connecting with life as it happens.

Nithyananda Gurukul Kids Monthly Program

A traditional program that will stay true to the Vedic Tradition and the particular lineage and teachings of Nithyananda. Kids will be asked to wear white clothing, and there will be a large component of Vedic Sacred Arts including Puja chanting, caring for a deity, understanding the role of a Guru, introduction to Sanskrit, Kirtan, Quantum learning tools, Bharat Natyam, Brain Yoga and the Four Principles of Integrity, Authenticity, Responsibility and Enriching.

BE Youth Monthly Program

Inspired by enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s New Gen Program for Youth the BE YOUTH program is here to enrich with tools that point the way to BEing and BEcoming BOLD ENLIGHTENED COURAGEOUS YOUTH. There will be music, breathwork, storytelling, a “share-circle,” nourishing snacks and more, facilitated by Zamir, Robin Clements, Ma Sindoori and Raga Mantra. You only have to participate as much as you feel like doing so.

Silent Meditation DAY RETREAT

Inviting you to our IN-PERSON Silent Meditation Retreat 

Most of us experience the need to attend periodic extended meditation retreats to deepen our practice, provide periods of sustained stillness of the body…just sitting…

Here is an offer to do so, for a few hours: To give ourselves permission to put aside media and “to-lists” just for a part of Sunday,

 Schedule

  •  Sitting Meditation
    We will have several Sitting Meditation periods during the day
  • Walking Meditation
     4 minutes Walking Meditation follows every sitting of 25 minutes
  • Gentle Traditional Hatha Yoga or Movement Practice
    Half an hour of gentle guided movement and/or hatha yoga will be offered
  • Recorded Dharma Talks
    We will play recorded Dharma Talk/s (Non-Duality Traditions) before and after lunch
  • Silent Lunch Together
    12-12:30pm: BYOL: Please bring a bagged lunch for convenience that does not require heating: Sandwich, Salad, Fruit etc. along with a napkin
  • Break: Silent Walk/Rest
    12:30-1:30pm We may schedule a half hour Silent Walk together if the sun and fresh air beckon
  • Sharing Circle
    3:30pm: Welcoming comments on Dharma Talks
  • Silent Cleanup and Farewell
    4pm, 

Contribution

Triratna Vancouver DAY RETREAT

The Journey of Practice from Fixed Self to Personal Freedom

You are invited to attend a day retreat exploring issues around personal transformation through loosening our ideas of personality and softening our ego, with its fixed views and attachments. This opens a wider, freer reality that evolves parallel to our evolution from practicing the Dharma life.

Following periods of sitting practice and talks from those among us training for ordination, there will be opportunities to discuss challenges and achievements we’ve seen come and go, beginning with our ego defences in our earlier years to a more open awareness of how it’s possible to be in the world, now that we’ve engaged the Dharma.

The retreat will start at 9:00 and finish by 4:30.

BYO Lunch: Lunch will be from Noon to 1:00.

We will meet at Bridge and Enrich, 718  E. 20th, the corner of Fraser and 20th

The suggested fee for the day is $25.00 paid on the day in person. Virtual participation is an option with a Pay Pal contribution on the Triratna Vancouver website.

There is ample street parking on street in the neighbourhood. A Zoom link will be provided to registrants. You can bring your own, but mats and cushions will be provided.
