This class is suitable for all levels and is slow paced.  Variations will be provided for beginner and advanced students.

Sue has been teaching yoga full time for 15 years and enjoys offering creative sequences that offer physical exploration, spiritual inquiry, and mental rest.  Each class finishes with a 10 minute mediation and relaxation period.

No one turned away for lack of funds – please email [email protected] if payment is an issue.
