What does it mean to cook your life?

Zen masters call a life that is lived fully and completely, with nothing held back, “the supreme meal.” Our life is the supreme meal and only we can cook it, no-one can do it for us. In this weekend retreat through meditation, talks and private interviews with Hogen Bays, Roshi we will explore how we combine the ingredients of our lives to bring them into harmony and ease, and taste intimately the freedom and flavour of our own unique selves.

Join North Shore Zendo Sangha Celebration of a Jukai Ceremony and Retreat.
