Join us for this transformative series to experience a powerful process of breathing exercises (pranayamas) and meditations. We will dive into silence through our breath and re-connect with the healer with in.
Accordingly to scientific studies pranayama helps to decrease stress, improves the immune system, improves sleep quality, reduces high blood pressure, enhances cognitive performance, and many other benefits. Moreover, pranayama strengthen the connection between body and mind.
The series will be held at the studio - Bridge and Enrich - 718 East 20th (Fraser and 20th) and/or online via zoom from 3:30pm to 5pm, during 4 (four) Saturdays. Only 12 (twelve) spots per Saturday will be available at the studio.
