We will learn several meditation subjects to calm our minds, bring out our innate wisdom and kindness.
We will meditate together and start to look at a collection of aphorisms. This collection of aphorisms teaches meditation on ultimate truth (vipassana) and meditation to enhance compassion. They talk about how to use our daily existence as a means of enhancing our wisdom and compassion.
The aphorisms embody the wisdom of Atiśa (Atīśa Dīpaṃkara Śrījñāna), a great Saint, who came to Tibet from Indian in the 11th century.
