The human journey arises out of the mysterious depths of our bodies. It is here our path awaits, here our life unfolds. This all-level workshop will use the practice of ‘Meditating with the Body’ to explore this truth in an experiential way. Mixing guided meditation and group discussion, we will touch the inherent openness of our being and find ourselves ready to embrace our lives more completely, more wholly than ever before.
Neil McKinlay is a teacher, coach, and writer. A close student of Dr. Reggie Ray, Neil draws from his training in the tradition of Chogyam Trungpa to emphasize the accessibility and relevance of meditation in the modern world. Seeing the spiritual journey as an inherent part of the human journey, his teaching style is immediate and personal, always affirming the dignity and wholeness of our lives as they are.
